Shipping & Refund

Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping Pricing:
    • $5.00 flat rate for all orders within the US & territories.
    • $35.00 flat rate for all international orders.
    • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35.00 (before tax & shipping costs).
      • (U.S Residents Only)

    • USPS Priority Mail orders placed with TCG Club will include a tracking number.
    • Processing of package will begin within 24 hours of receipt & approval of payment.
    • All orders within the United States ship UPS or USPS.
      • Orders being shipped to a military address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will ship via Priority Mail.
      • Orders going to a PO Box or military address can only be shipped via Priority Mail (Regular Delivery inside the U.S. option) and cannot be shipped via our Rush Delivery option.

  • International
    • All International orders will ship via USPS contingent on the country we are delivering to.
    • Other options include USPS Priority Mail International & Express Mail.
    • All international orders will include tracking numbers.
    • Delivery Times (estimates):
      • USPS First Class Mail International | 6-60 Days
      • USPS Priority Mail International | 6-10 Days
      • USPS Express Mail International | 3-5 Days

All other courier services (UPS or FedEX) is available upon request.

    Making adjustments or canceling your order before it has shipped

    If you need a change made to your order you should contact info@tcgclub.com as soon as possible after placing the order to try and have us adjust or cancel it before the order has shipped. Usually there is at least a 12 hour window after the order is placed to try and adjust some items, ask to combine shipping costs, or to cancel your order in its entirety. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reach customer service before the order has shipped. 

    Refunding delivered sealed products

    If you would like to return any factory-sealed merchandise after receiving it, for any reason, simply contact info@tcgclub.com within 48 hours of receipt.

    • Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition it was sent.
    • We will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges.
    • If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
